The specific items in a box will vary by season and availability , but might include things like: 

• Cucumbers
• Strawberries
• Apples
• Parsley 
• Tomatoes
• Corn
• Carrots

Please bare in mind that since produce is seasonal and we tend to try and source locally we can not specify or guarantee what will be in each box.
